How to Enter: Follow our Instagram account @feitelectriclighting and leave an emoji in the comments that represents your favorite holiday tradition. See alternative means of entering by mail below. Only one emoji entry is allowed per person for the duration of the giveaway. Each entrant may earn additional entries for tagging a friend on the original giveaway announcement (maximum of 5 additional entries). Entries will be accepted beginning November 13, 2024 and ending November 22, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. PT. 

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. Odds: The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Void where prohibited.

By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and that you own the rights to any content you submit. Submissions must not include any obscene, hateful, or offensive material or promote violence or disparage any other person. You may not post anything illegal or anything discriminatory of any people, protected classes, races, sex, religions, nationalities, age, or disabilities. We have the right at our sole discretion to remove or reject any user-generated content that we feel violates these terms and conditions. One winner will be drawn randomly and announced in a story on our Instagram page on Friday November 22, 2024. We will DM the Winner from our Instagram account @feitelectriclighting to notify them of the results and arrange for shipping. Prizes awarded will be an assortment of Feit Electric products similar to those shown in our posts. Actual/appraised value and specific items included in the prize package may differ at the time of prize award. Feit Electric will ship the items to the Winner at our expense. All other prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. Each contestant can only win once over the course of the giveaway submission period.

If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 10 days from the time award notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

This giveaway is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. No other accounts are affiliated with us. Only entries from the US will be considered. You must be 16 years of age or older and a legal US resident to participate. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Eligible individuals may also enter by mailing a 3×5 inch notecard with the entrant’s name, address, and phone number or email address to Feit Electric at 4901 Gregg Road, Pico Rivera, CA 90660. Employees of Feit Electric and their immediate families are not eligible to win but are welcome to submit inspirational images and videos.

By entering, you understand and agree that Feit Electric, anyone acting on behalf of Feit Electric, and the company’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. We also obtain the right to keep, adapt, edit, distribute, create derivative works from, display, reproduce, perform, and sub-license your user-generated content for marketing and operating purposes for our business. You, the entrant, will retain ownership of the content you produce for this giveaway.

By entering this content, you represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Feit Electric. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Feit Electric from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which we may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Feit Electric and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT FEIT ELECTRIC‘S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
